Step 1: Submit Enrollment Fee of $65 if you are registering for a school year and $35 enrollment fee if you are registering for a summer session.
Please submit the required registration fee via Zelle, check, or cash.
Payments should be made to Yevgeniya Lepskaya’s School of Music using:

If paying by check or cash, please make checks payable to “Yevgeniya Lepskaya’s School of Music” and drop them in the blue “Tuition Mailbox” located inside the school.

Step 2: Complete the Enrollment Form
After submitting your payment, please complete the enrollment form. Enrollment forms will only be processed once the registration fee has been received.

IMPORTANT

*All new and returning students must complete the enrollment form to secure their place for EACH upcoming school year.*

*Students enrolling for the Summer Semester must complete the Summer Semester Enrollment Form separately from the School Year Enrollment Form.*
